This whole-day, immersive workshop is designed to help you understand where your head needs to be before the school year begins.

• Teachers who lead PLCs, PoLTs, curriculum, student services or HoY, HOLAs etc

You will leave the day: 

• Understanding the 7 key elements of the Starting Strong framework. 
• With tools and strategies you can implement even before school starts.  
• Having reflected on your own personal goals for the new school year and the "big rocks" you want to achieve. 
• With a downloadable productivity planner process to keep those "big rocks" front and centre.
