A letter from Jenny

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue The Collective membership program starting from 1st August 2023. I understand that this news may come as a surprise, and I want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. It was the result of extensive deliberation and analysis of our business model.

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support and loyalty throughout your time as a member of The Collective. From behind the scenes, I could see that you accessed the content that was most useful to you, sometimes more than once. Thank you to the small but mighty bunch who turned up regularly to the monthly zooms to share so generously with your colleagues.

To show our appreciation and make this transition as smooth as possible, we have decided to extend your membership benefits until the end of this year for FREE. This means that whilst we have turned off your next credit card renewal, you will continue to be a member. You will have unlimited access to all the existing content and features of The Collective until at least 31st December 2023. You can login using your existing details.

The final zoom will be Wednesday 26th July at 5pm AWST.

I understand that this decision may be disappointing for some of you, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As you know, I love new things and this change will allow me to explore innovative ways to serve my community better in the future.
