ABOUT EVERYTHING DiSC®

Everything DiSC® is a psychometric personality assessment that measures an individual’s behavioural style. This research-validated model helps individuals to understand themselves, and others, to be able to build more effective working relationships that are built on an understanding of their different needs, priorities and communication styles. This increased understanding of yourself and others on a team results in saving time, increased energy and engagement, reduced conflict and improved performance. WHAT IS DiSC?
DiSC is a simple and memorable acronym for the four primary styles of behaviour seen in the DiSC Circumplex:
- Dominance (D)
- Influence (i)
- Steadiness (S)
- Conscientiousness (C)
Unlike other personality tests, there is no such thing as a perfect or ideal DiSC profile. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles, although you would have a tendency to lean more towards one or two of the four. There is no one profile that is ‘better’ than any other profile, The key is understanding your style and the impact it has on others.
There are two types of DiSC profiles - Management and Workplace.

HOW IT WORKS
Each participant answers an online questionnaire. The results are analysed to produce an individual profile and report. Each report provides a comprehensive overview of the persons style, their needs, motivations and strengths.
The Everything DiSC® Management report also provides strategies for motivating, developing and building trust with staff members of each style profile.
People who undertake DiSC regularly comment that the results revolutionise the way they work and lead. Participants who combine DiSC with one-on-one coaching demonstrate positive and proactive changes to their working or leadership style.
